About the original painting: This picture measures 10 x 12 inches and was painted in acrylics on board. I am blessed with a wife that throws away nothing. Happily, the bulk her goods are old and filled with character. I stood in a narrow doorway when I painted this picture and kept standing back so I didn't get lost in the details. And while busy in subject, "Peggy's Desk" holds up pretty decently as an interesting collection of shapes and colors. The original is, of course, in the collection of Peggy Kerr.
