About the original painting: This picture measures 7 x 9 inches and was painted in acrylics on board. My wife Peggy loves the uncrowded part of the beach to hang out. I enjoy the areas most teeming with humanity. So we compromise. Bathers, umbrellas and various beach paraphernalia all vie for attention. This makes for wonderful combinations of shapes and colors. The trick is organizing the material into an artful composition. The original painting is in the collection of the artist.
